executive management experience in
partnerships, programs, events, and community building

Building stronger platforms for growth and promotion, we use our decades-long experience in stakeholder engagement, advocacy, marketing, storytelling and innovating programming across public and non-profit sectors to strengthen all portfolios we come across.

As principal, Amy D Jones is a trusted facilitator and experienced internal collaborator skilled in revenue growth strategy, audience expansion and cultivating community through social impact engagement.

Adjective Management has already been able to see these values manifested for clients in development support, event and content production, program development, non-profit management consulting and project management.

Working out of the key cities of DC and Nashville, Ms. Jones takes the opportunity to expand her love of incredible hospitality and deep engagement within the sectors of social impact and the industries of music and entertainment.

Amy has helped advance our work in many ways. She has included us in her high profile gatherings, facilitated group conversations at our global conferences and has been a good, faithful friend to many colleagues. Always rock solid and thoughtful in nuanced and challenging situations.

Past Projects

Tri-Star Arts

Nashville, TN

Launching with distinguished guest list support for their annual Art Ball, our work with Tri-Star Arts continued to expand into non-profit management, CRM Management, and content creation.

The collaborative creation of “Liminal Space” web series with the Tri-Star team allowed us to apply our documentary production capability and create a very special iconoclast-like pilot with one of our favorite music artist friends!

Culture Care Creative Launch: a Kintsugi Immersive Experience

Nashville, TN

Conception-to-production, ADJ designed an immersive 3-day company launch event, focused on immersing investor prospects into the culture of the new venture, centered around the art of Kintsugi (the ancient art of healing broken ceramics, pottery and china with veins of gold; thus making it both stronger and precious than it ever was).

The theme as infused into each element; from bushes of gold on coffee dessert, to the details in the workshops, meals, assets and conversations.
